Our story

About Paddy Express

A little Philly. A little Irish. A whole lot of fun.

From Philly to Florida, with Irish roots.

For years, my wife Nicole and I looked forward to the Erin Express in Philadelphia. It was one of those traditions we loved — getting together with friends, visiting neighborhood bars, and celebrating St. Patrick’s Day the Philly way.

When we moved to Southwest Florida and started Cheesesteaks.com, our goal was simple: bring a little piece of Philadelphia with us. Authentic cheesesteaks, great food, and the unmistakable character of the city we call home.

That continued with the opening of BAR215, where we created another place for people to get together, enjoy themselves, and experience some of that Philly atmosphere right here in Florida.

But there’s another part of this story that’s personal to me. My dad was from Dublin, Ireland, so my Irish roots run deep. St. Patrick’s Day has always meant more to me than just wearing green and raising a glass.

And that’s how Paddy Express was born.

We wanted to bring together two things that have been part of our lives for years — our Philadelphia traditions and our Irish heritage — and create something new for Naples and Bonita Springs.

On March 13, 2027, we’re bringing that vision to life with the inaugural Paddy Express: a St. Patrick’s Day trolley bar crawl featuring local establishments, two separate routes, and six hours of celebration.

Naples will have its own route and participating bars, and Bonita Springs will have its own. We hope to make Paddy Express an annual tradition people look forward to year after year.

Made with Brotherly Love. Inspired by Irish Roots.

Founders, Paddy Express

Two towns. Two routes. One great day.

On Saturday, March 13, 2027, from noon to 6 PM, each city will have its own trolley route and lineup of participating bars. Choose the city where you want to celebrate — there will be no connecting trolley between Naples and Bonita Springs.

☘ Naples

A dedicated Naples route serving participating Naples bars. The final stops will be announced as plans are confirmed.

☘ Bonita Springs

A separate Bonita Springs route serving participating Bonita bars. The final stops will be announced as plans are confirmed.

How the trolley passes work

The planned trolley pass price is $25 per person. Passes will be specific to either Naples or Bonita Springs, not interchangeable between the two routes. Trolleys are planned to circulate throughout the event, with boarding subject to space availability. A pass will not reserve a seat or guarantee immediate boarding. Food and drinks are separate.
